Please see below for the latest information for tonight's Tom Jones event. 

The gates will open at 5pm and the venue will close at 11pm.

The entrance to our car park is located off the B3249. Please visit our website for directions https://tunesinthepark.com/  Upon arrival, the Port Eliot Estate will be charging £5 per vehicle for parking. Cash and card are accepted. Our car park attendant team will direct you to a parking spot.

If you have accessibility needs, please let our parking attendants know on arrival and they will direct you accordingly to the disabled parking. The disabled parking is towards the end of the carpark and as close to the venue entrance as possible. 

There will be an accessibility area in the venue with a fantastic view of the stage and with access to disabled toilets. 

The will be supporting acts performing on stage from 5:30pm please see below the running order of the event. 

17:30 - 18:00 The Oggymen
18:30 - 19:00 / Surprise act 
19:30 - 20:30 / Joanna Cook
21:00 - 22:45 / TOM JONES

The event is not seated however we are more than happy for you to bring seating, blankets & rugs in with you. 

No outside food or drink will be allowed into the festival. There will be multiple food & drinks vendors suitable for vegans, vegetarian & gluten free selling delicious food throughout. There is a cafe on the grounds of Port Eliot serving ice creams, drinks and food which will be open during the event. 

Great Western Railway are putting on an extra train for attendees to the Tom Jones event, which is schedules to leave St Germans station at 11:15pm.

Opening & Closing Times

The gates will open at 5pm.

Acts will end at approximately 10:30pm.  

Please vacate by 11pm.

Getting here by Car / Directions

Disabled Parking

If you have accessibility needs, please let our parking attendants know on arrival and they will direct you accordingly to the disabled parking.

Is there disabled access in the venue?

Yes, we do everything we can to acommodate those with accessibility needs. The event site is located on grass, with some of the area on a gentle downward slope, so please bear this in mind. We do not supply chairs, however a dedicated viewing area will be available for wheelchair users or those who wish to bring a suitable camping chair with them. There is a short walk on a slightly bumpy gravel road from our official car park to the event site. Please make any accessibility needs known to our parking attendants when you arrive, and they will direct you to disabled parking. If you have particular needs, please get in touch with us and we will do all we can to help.

Getting here by Train

The Port Eliot Estate is a short walk from St German’s train station.

Greaw Western Railway are putting on an extra train for attendees to the Tom Jones event, which is schedules to leave St Germans station at 11:15pm. Tickets will be available on the train.

Will there be seating in the event?

 The event is not seated. We are more than happy for you to bring your own chairs, blankets, rugs etc into the venue. 

 

We kindly ask that if for any reason the security team need to clear an area in the event and ask you to move that you can assist them with this. 

 

 

 

Can i bring my own food and drink into the event?
We allow metal and plastic reusable water bottles inside the event, there will be refill stations available.
 
No other food, drink or alcohol will be allowed into the venue. There will be a range of food & drink vendors available on site. A fully licensed bar will be serving alcoholic and soft beverages. A strict challenge 21 policy will be in operation.
Can i bring my dog?

No dogs will be allowed in the event area, sorry!
