Our campsite is located adjacent to the event site on the stunning grounds of the Port Eliot Estate. We have procured this unique location to provide affordable camping for our guests despite our events being held at peak-summer in Cornwall, when the majority of local camp sites and other accommodation are fully booked or extremely expensive! Our camp site is on a grass field directly next to the event. If you have a campervan or motorhome you can erect an awning.
• Parking for all campers, caravans and campervans. A separate car parking area is available for those with tents; whilst campervans and caravans will be directed to our campervan / motorhome area.

• Vendors selling breakfast, hot drinks and snacks in the morning and evening. You are welcome to bring your own food & drink into the campsite (with the exception of glass bottles).
• Optional Electrical hookup which can be purchased prior to the event from our ticket shop under ‘Campsite Utilities’. Bins and fresh drinking water will be provided at the camp site. Please bring a re-usable bottle with you to minimise the use of single-use plastics. Our water is fresh and delicious.
• Our campsite does not provide foulage disposal and is suitable for self-contained campervans only.
• Weekend Camping (4-Night) ticket holders can arrive at any time after 4pm on Thursday 22nd August and we ask that you vacate by Mid-day on Monday 26th August.
• 1-Night camping ticket holders can arrive at any time after 10am on the day their camping ticket is valid for. We ask that you vacate by mid-day the following day.
• You do not need to stay on Thursday night if you don’t want to. The price of your 3-Night ticket is equivalent to a 2-Night ticket. We are opening the campsite on Thursday evening for the convenience of those who are travelling a long way.
• Not all facilities and entertainment may be available on the Thursday night.
• If you have purchased 1-night camping tickets and/or day tickets and later decide that you would like to stay longer, you can purchase tickets from our box office or online subject to availability.
• Generators are not permitted.
• Sound systems are not permitted.
• No moving vehicles of any kind in the tent field throughout the duration of the festival.
• The campsite is on a first come, first serve basis. We cannot reserve spaces.
• We allow caravans and campervans to be up to 8m long and 5m wide. This must include an awning, small tent for children or a car. Unfortunately, we cant accommodate longer vehicles, but if you need extra width, please buy an additional pitch.
• Please be considerate when pitching your tent. There are no specific pitch sizes but if you arrange your tents in such a way to take up more than a reasonable amount of space for your group, you will be asked to re pitch or take some of your tents down.
• In the event of needing assistance, medical or otherwise, please contact any steward or member of campsite staff who can radio for assistance.
• As festival attendees, you will be issued with a wristband, do not remove it as you wont be provided with another and all those without wristbands will be removed from site.
• You may drink your own alcohol in the campsite but it is prohibited from the main arena. You will not be allowed glass bottles AnyWHERE ON SITE. – 24 cans or 2 non glass WINE bottles PER PERSON – NO straight spirits
• Open fires and on-ground BBQs of any kind are strictly forbidden, this includes fire pits.
• You can bring a camping stove so you can make that all important cuppa.
Dogs are not permitted in the main festival site, however we are pleased to welcome dogs in our campsite. We ask all dog owners to respect the following rules to ensure a safe and enjoyable festival for everyone. Thank you for your cooperation.
Leash Rule: Dogs must be kept on a leash at all times while in the campsite. The leash length should not exceed 6 feet.
Waste Disposal: Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their dogs. All waste must be bagged and disposed of in designated pet waste disposal bins.
No Excessive Noise: Dogs that bark excessively or create disruptive noise may be asked to leave the campsite. We want all attendees to enjoy the festival without unnecessary disturbance.
No Unattended Dogs: Dogs should never be left unattended at the campsite or in vehicles. If you’re not at your campsite, your dog should be with you.
Aggressive Behavior: Aggressive behavior towards people or other animals will not be tolerated. Dogs that exhibit aggressive behavior will be asked to leave immediately.
Restricted Areas: Dogs are not allowed in certain areas including food vendors, stages, and play areas. Look for signage or ask a festival staff member if you’re unsure.
Limit on Number of Dogs: To ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for all, there is a limit of two dogs per campsite.
Pet Health and Comfort: All dogs should have access to plenty of fresh water and shade. Remember, festivals can be hot, crowded, and overwhelming for pets.
Bedtime: Dogs must be at their owner’s campsite from 11 PM to 6 AM to minimize disturbance to others.
Identification Tags: All dogs should have a collar with an identification tag that includes the owner’s contact information.
Right to Refuse: Tunes in the Park reserves the right to refuse entry to or eject any dog for any reason.
